In this session we explore these important questions as well as 

• What the research is telling us about women, menopause and work and how we can all be part of making a positive cultural change 
• The keys to good conversations about menopausal needs and supports
• Simple workplace accommodations that can make a valuable difference for everyone, especially those struggling with menopausal symptoms
• How to design and facilitate good planning and policies.

We conclude with a lively Q&A and where to from here, sharing key resources and contacts for further learning and implementation.

In this popular session we show the documentary Giving Voice to Menopause, made by three of the WorkCycle founders, and facilitate a lively discussion of the issues raised. This allows for a warm and supported conversational space around the experience of menopause, as frequently requested by staff and community members alike.
